Beerily Thus is a passion project for Deidre Dykes, who is also a writer (and maintains her own blog as well) in addition to a beer nerd. This blog was started during a particularity beer-laden trip to visit friends in Portland, OR and turned into a twice weekly collection of beer reviews, informative posts, brewery reviews, commentary on beer culture, and more.
Deidre is a birdmom, writer, and coffee-fueled ne’er-do-well. She has a B.A. In English Literature as well as a Diploma in Baking and Pastry and she lives outside of Washington, DC with several parrots.
